Southern Cultures, the award-winning peer-reviewed quarterly from UNC’s Center for the Study of the American South, has now dedicated a substantial section of our website to our last decade of material on Food & Foodways. We also would like to encourage submissions of new essays and features on Food & Foodways from interested scholars and other writers.
