Mayor Michael A. Nutter invites you to submit a nomination for the 3rd annual Mayor’s Award for Distinguished National Service.

Nominations for the following six categories are due
by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 6th, 2015:

Mayor’s Award for Distinguished AmeriCorps Service

Mayor’s Award for Distinguished Senior Corps Service

Mayor’s Award for Distinguished Contribution
to the City of Philadelphia by a Recent National Service Alumni

Mayor’s Award for Distinguished Contribution
to the City of Philadelphia by an Experienced National Service Alumni

Mayor’s Award for Distinguished Contribution
to the City of Philadelphia by a Recently Returned Peace Corps Volunteer

Mayor’s Award for Distinguished Contribution
to the City of Philadelphia by an Experienced Returned Peace Corps Volunteer

Awards will be announced on Tuesday, April 7th during Philadelphia’s celebration of the 3rd annual Mayor’s Day of Recognition for National Service.
