Posted by on May 17, 2002
In response to requests from the field for materials which support the recruitment and retention of people with disabilities in national service programs, the National Service Inclusion Project is collecting a library of material which will be available online for the national service community.
The materials that we are collecting include but are not limited to: training manuals, outreach brochures, recruitment and training videos, posters, resource lists, etc. These materials may address disability directly or it may be generally focussed but include images of people with disabilities PROVIDING service in communities.
The result of this effort will be that programs will be able to go to www.serviceandinclusion.org to browse and download materials that support the inclusion of individuals with disabilities.
In order to provide this service to you we are asking for your help in collecting materials.
