Philadelphia Science Festival

EVENT IDEA SUBMISSION IS OPEN

September is here (we can’t believe it either!) and event idea submissions are officially open for the following programs:

  • Astronomy Night star party host sites
  • Discovery Day activity providers
  • Educator Workshops
  • Explorer Programs
  • Field Trips (for museums and nature centers)
  • Neighborhood Science After School activity providers
  • Science Cafes

Please note, registration for the Science Carnival will begin January 9 and opportunities to participate in Signature Programs will be available by mid-October.

All programming areas and requirements can be found in our new and improved partner packet, which is available for download on the PSF website, or by clicking here.

To send your ideas simply fill out the form HERE.

You can submit the form as many times as necessary-just be sure to submit a separate form for each idea/activity you’re considering. If you want to review the programming areas, the event guidelines, or any of the processes, we’ve outlined everything on the “Become a Partner” page at http://philasciencefestival.org.

Registration closes October 1 so get your ideas in as soon as possible.

Not quite sure how to proceed or have questions before you submit? Contact us at philadelphiasciencefestival@fi.edu
Thank you!
