National Campus Compact Issues Call for Campus Civic Action Plans
Campus Compact used its thirtieth anniversary to launch a new Action Statement which nearly four hundred chancellors and presidents have signed. These campuses have agreed to the principles in the statement as well as to producing a Civic Action Plan to leverage progress. Creating a Great Campus Civic Action Plan offers a blueprint for helping “campuses move toward integrated engagement in teaching, scholarship, partnerships and institutional action.”
