The Pennsylvania Nutrition Education Network is soliciting articles for the Spring 2005 issue of the quarterly newsletter Food for Thought, covering March through May.
We are seeking articles of approximately 250 words in length on nutrition education-oriented subject matter, primarily focused on new and innovative approaches to nutrition education. Other topics included in Food For Thought may address obesity, physical activity (when combined with nutrition education), research, and evaluation. Review existing issues of Food For Thought by visiting the archives located on our website at:

Articles may include logos and photos, as long as signed permissions for the materials are on file. Permissions must be available upon request. The article deadline is 5 pm Tuesday, February 1. Food For Thought is scheduled to publish in March 2005, and the content will cover the quarter from March through May 2005.
