Call for Articles: Food for Thought

The Pennsylvania Nutrition Education Network is now accepting articles for its Winter 2004 issue of Food For Thought.
Articles should be no longer than 250 words in length. Subject matter sought should be nutrition education-oriented, primarily focused on new and innovative approaches to nutrition education. Other topics included in Food For Thought address obesity, physical activity (when combined with nutrition education), research and evaluation and other topics. Questions about whether or not an article is appropriate for Food For Thought may be sent directly to Theresa Nelson at [email protected].
Photos and logos are permitted. Writers should have signed permissions before submitting photos or logos. Signed permissions should be on file with the writer and should be available upon request. The deadline for articles is noon on Monday, November 1, 2004. Food For Thought is scheduled to publish in December 2004 and covers the quarter from December through February 2005. Please take note if your material is date-sensitive.
