Call for Activities: MightyFest Kids Carnival

Mighty Writers is planning a citywide festival of writing and literacy for kids aged 2-17 on Sat., September 29, 2018, 10am-4pm. We welcome your ideas for writing- and literacy-themed activities. Proposals should come from the Lead Volunteer from your organization or group, who will be present from 9am to 5pm the day of the event (including setup and clean up). Mighty Writers can provide 1-2 additional volunteers per booth.

We ask that all booths:

• Provide one volunteer who will be present for the whole day.
• Propose an interactive literacy activity & bring all materials for at least 200 youth ages 5-12 to participate.
• Join us for great exposure on an exciting day that we expect to attract 1000+ families!

We’ll have dozens of tents and tables available to help you bring your most engaging ideas to life. Please complete the form below to share your idea! You will hear back from Mighty Writers within two weeks regarding the status of your proposal.
