Nonprofit business planning workshop scheduled
The Nonprofit Center at LaSalle University will offer a seminar on Business Planning for Nonprofits on April 29th.
The workshop will help participants optimize their organization’s effectiveness and efficiency. Topics will include the process of business analysis and planning; defining strategic impact; establishing strategic priorities; projecting required resources; and establishing performance measures as a practical approach to planning and organizational decision-making.
The event takes place from 9:30am-12:30pm at United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania, 7 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia. Cost is $89. For more information, go here or call 215-991-3676.
