Building a Structure for Sustainability

Grassroots organizations will participate in a two- three day intensive/ interactive, hands on learning community to gain knowledge and skills on; strategic planning, organizational assessment, marketing, fund and donor development, fiscal management and developing a plan for long term sustainability.
