Bucks County Foundation invites applications from community organizations
Founded in 1979, the Bucks County Foundation (BCF) in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, works closely with donors, local leaders, and nonprofit organizations to improve the quality of life in Bucks County.
Each year, BCF awards grants to nonprofit organizations from its discretionary funds through a competitive grantmaking process. BCF aims to identify community concerns and interests and initiate creative approaches to addressing these needs; promote solutions that address the causes of community problems, with emphasis on supporting underserved and disadvantaged people; encourage innovative projects that favor collaborative efforts among community groups or organizations to address unmet needs; and respect individual concerns in seeking community solutions.
Organizations with budgets less than $500,000 may apply for an operating grant or a program grant. Organizations with budgets of $500,000 or more must apply for a program grant.
To be eligible, applicants must be tax-exempt as defined by section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and serving Bucks County and its residents.
For complete program guidelines and application instructions, see the Bucks County Foundation website.
Deadline: July 15, 2025
