This symposium is based on the work of student interns from multiple health profession institutions in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Erie and is offered to the public free of charge. A newly developed Delaware program will also be represented. The Bridging the Gaps Program is committed to forging partnerships among those who are dedicated to the promotion of health in our underserved communities.
