Symposium Agenda
8:30 – 10 a.m. – Poster Session: Bridging the Gaps Student Community Health Projects
10:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Plenary Session: Bridging the Gaps Perspectives
Awards Ceremony – BTG 2019 Annual Award recipient, Dr. Mona Hanna-Attisha, the pediatrician and public health advocate who spearheaded efforts to reveal, publicize and address the Flint, Michigan, water crisis, will receive the 2019 BTG Award.
Bridging the Gaps is committed to forging partnerships with individuals and organizations dedicated to the promotion of health in underserved communities. The Annual Symposium is free to the public and is based on the work of students who have participated in the past program year.
