Philadelphia Fed to host day-long conference on household credit and financial stability, July 17th
How can we create financial opportunities that extend to all households?
Join us for this important conversation during a daylong event hosted by the Philadelphia Fed, Bridging Financial Opportunities: At the Intersection of Savings, Assets & Debt. The event, to be held on Thursday, July 17 at the Reserve Bank, will highlight emerging trends in lending and credit scoring and explore effective strategies that can be used to repair household balance sheets and restore credit viability.
Keynote remarks will be provided by Ray Boshara, national asset building and household balance sheet expert and director of the Center for Household Financial Stability at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, and Barrett Burns, president and CEO of VantageScore Solutions LLC.
Specific sessions will feature:
- Overviews of household balance sheets, lending patterns, and credit scoring
- Emerging asset building strategies and models
- Policy and product resources needed to bring counseling and coaching programs to scale
- And more.
