BREAKING THROUGH THE WRITER’S BLOCK
For Philadelphia Students ages 12 – 15
Sundays 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
May 21 and June 4 (2 sessions only)
You know that moment when you are staring at a blank screen or page and wonder, “What do I write about now?” Whether you’re a poet, playwright, the inability to answer that question is known as writer’s block and is one of the most frustrating parts of the creative process. Together in this workshop, l will introduce you to a variety of exercises, assignments, and techniques intended to get your creative juices flowing over/under/through/past the wall impeding your path to writing success. Instructors: Delaware Valley University English professors Dr. Jessica McCall and Dr. Wilbert Turner, Jr.
