David Allen Sibley, author of the popular Sibley Guide to Birds, began watching and drawing birds as a child and is now widely celebrated for his artistic avian renderings and concise, elegant guides. “A triumph of logic and concision,” The Sibley Guide to Trees condenses a huge amount of information about tree identification into a comfortable, accessible format.
The lecture will be preceded by a 12:00 p.m. Tree Walk. Call 215-567-4341 for details including meet-up location.
