The Board of Directors of the Black Women in Sport Foundation (BWSF) is seeking individuals passionate about supporting the advancement of girls and women of color in all aspects of sports. We are looking for new Board Members who believe in our mission and are willing to serve and be actively engaged in their governance role.
Established in 1992, BWSF is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization based in Philadelphia, PA, that holds programs and initiatives throughout the country to support its mission. The Board of Directors meets once each month via conference call and actively fundraises and oversees the Foundation’s operations.
