Suburban seminars on board leadership offered
West Chester’s Best Principled Solutions LLC is offering two eight week programs providing Essentials for Modern Leadership™ in Pottstown and West Chester in April.
Getting Your Board on Board is a series for new or existing board members. It teaches participants how to craft a board assessment relevant for their organization, understand the basics of the board’s purpose and how to cultivate the next board chair with intention.
The second series is 101 Vital Steps for Effective Leadership, which would benefit senior staff and executives who want to gain more from their work experience and their personal lives.
Both classes are being offered at two locations: Embassy Court, West Chester and the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce, Pottstown.
Classes include workbooks, 9 assessments, practical applications and will take away clarified expectations, accountability practices and an integration plan.
