Block Party at the Career and Advanced Technology Center, CCP – Sep 28
Posted by Community College of Philadelphia on September 26, 2023
Creating a space where our city’s diverse communities are all welcome to take part in creating solutions together is where our vision for the Career and Advanced Technology Center (CATC) begins. We are bringing career training and community building to the forefront of our neighborhoods through state-of-the-art facilities, support for local entrepreneurship, and hands-on learning experiences for fields that are in demand.
The programs at the Career and Advanced Technology Center focus on career readiness and creating a thriving workforce in our city’s transportation, manufacturing and health care fields. The Career and Advanced Technology Center delivers state-of-the-art teaching and learning facilities, along with spaces and technology that are open for public use.
All our welcome to join us for a block party to celebrate the first year of the Career and Advanced Technology Center on September 28, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Check out our facilities as we recognize one year of providing career training and degree program opportunities in health care, advanced manufacturing and transportation technologies.
There’s something for everyone: Food from local businesses; tours of the Center to see our cutting-edge classrooms, labs and automotive training facilities; games and activities; and giveaways. We hope to see you there!
Location: 4750 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19139
