Black Women Fighting Workplace Racism: An Open Dialogue – Apr 13
Posted by West Philadelphia Promise Zone on April 6, 2021
How Can We Protect Black Women from Racism on the Job?
The West Philadelphia Promise Zone’s Workforce and Economic Opportunity Committee presents a virtual discussion on how to stop racism in the workplace and what you can do if you are affected. Panelists will share their own experiences and you will be able to speak directly to the panel as well. You can submit your questions to panelists upon registration.
If you have experienced workplace racism, we are looking for attendees to share their stories to the group, including stories of resilience. This event will not be recorded so your story will not be shared outside of the event. If you are interested in sharing, answer the question on the registration page and we will contact you in advance. You can also email Promise.Zone@phila.gov and we will be in touch.
Date and Time: Tuesday, April 13, 6:00-7:30 PM
