Book highlights ideas on children’s policy efforts
The bipartisan children’s advocacy group First Focus has published its book Big Ideas: Game-Changers for Children to encourage policymakers to make children a priority in their legislative agendas.
The book is a compilation of 17 creative solutions proposed by leading policy experts and advocates to significantly improve the wellbeing of children in the United States.
Papers in the book focus on four themes which include creating a national agenda for children, government accountability, protecting children’s rights, and increasing investments for the country’s future.
