Better Civics 2022 Primary Election Toolkit and Training Session – Apr 20

Posted by Better Civics on April 12, 2022

We are VERY EXCITED to present our 2022 Primary Election Toolkit, which has all the information you need to vote in the PA Primary on May 17th.

When we vote, we hire someone to do a job. Elected officials are meant to serve us, their constituents, and work in our best interest. We, the voters, are responsible for deciding who the best person for the job is. But, if we don’t understand the job we are “hiring” for, how can we make the right choice?

That is why Better Civics exists. To help you figure it out.

Our goal for this toolkit is to provide FREE educational materials that explain each office on the ballot and how they should work for you. We also breakdown important (and often confusing) topics like gerrymandering, redistricting, money in politics, and more.

This FREE toolkit includes:

  • Presentation that you can lead for your neighborhood, civic association or any other audience
  • Script so you can speak confidently about this important info without having to cram
  • Social Media Graphics to share with your professional and personal networks
  • Discussion Guide to test your knowledge & engage your audiences further

We know that elections can be overwhelming so we break down complex information into bite-size pieces. Our goal is to make sure every Philadelphian has the right information to make an informed decision when they vote. Use this information freely, make it your own and be a resource to your community!
This is Better Civics.

We’re hosting a “train the trainer” session on Wednesday, April 20th at 5:15 pm, and hope you will join us! We will provide technical support and answer all your questions on how to use the toolkit for your audience (and have some fun, too)! Can’t attend? Contact us to schedule a one-on-one!
