The Bicycle Coalition is looking to hire 3-4 part-time Bike Share Educators to join our team. This position is mostly outdoors, on bikes with groups of riders afternoons, evenings and weekends.

We are looking for people who are comfortable with working with people and are enthusiastic about biking as well as people with deep ties to communities in West, North and South Philly. Additionally, we are looking for team members who are bilingual in English and Spanish.

As the 2023 year begins, the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia (BCGP), Indego, and the Better Bike Share Partnership (BBSP) continue to open up doors of opportunity for people who want to make bicycling more accessible and equitable in Philadelphia. 

This year we are looking for individuals who are interested in joining our 2023 Better Bike Share Educators team at BCGP. Indego bike share continues to expand throughout the Philadelphia region and with it are demands for free bicycle education classes and rides for those communities that Indego expands into.

We are looking for 2-4 community-driven applicants to join our BCGP Education team this season to educate and teach the community how to ride bicycles and help lead bicycle group rides using Indego bike share. The Better Bike Share Educator(s) will be responsible for teaching adults and/or teenagers how to bicycle safely, advocating for bicycle safety, and connecting communities through group rides while using the Indego bike share network.
