All participants will ask a panel of men questions and get honest to goodness answer and possibly his thoughts behind his response

My Needs, My Wants
Workshop will discuss money and finances and how to save, budget and more.

My Future Road Map
Workshop will discuss interest, education and career goals.

Sisterhood
Workshop will discuss ways we can empower each other on a daily basis.

Finding Mr. Right
Workshop will focus on how to establish quality relationships

Looking into the Mirror
Workshop will focus on Self-Image/Self-Esteem: Putting your best Foot Forward

My Body, My Mind
Workshop will discuss how to make time for “me” looking at heath, nutrition and exercise
