Philadelphia Cares has teamed up with Beautiful Blocks Neighborhood Stabilization Program, to help neighbors help themselves by getting organized! This hands-on workshop will feature a discussion about neighborhood revitalization lead by experienced community organizers, Hands-on project and refreshments included!
