From 9:00 am to 2:00 pm for
12th Annual Martin Luther King Day of Service
Beautification of the Emlen School
6501 Chew Avenue in Philadelphia (corner of Chew & Upsal)
? We need 200 volunteers!
? Work is appropriate for children (ages 4 and up) and adults: painting, clean-up, food servers.
? All work is indoors-at sites throughout the building.
? We particularly need skilled craftspeople and volunteers to act as site coordinators.
Join with the students and families of the Emlen School in creating positive change and meaningful relationships in our community!
Other Highlights Include: Games and activities for children when they tire of working;
Food and snacks will be served. Dress in work clothes!
