AVOIDING FAIR HOUSING DISCRIMINATION: LANDLORD BEST PRACTICES AND RISK MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES
With the Fair Housing Coalition of Suburban Philadelphia
If you are a professional who does leasing and rental of residential properties, this training is for you. You’ll review a variety of issues: Federal and local Fair Housing Laws; Protections for tenants with children; Issues involving assistance animals; Standards for processing accommodation; and Modification request for tenants with disabilities. You will learn how to reduce risks of fair housing complaints and have your housing questions answered by a local expert.
