Title of Position: Audio Visual Specialist

Salary Range: VOLUNTEER

DESCRIPTION
The Audio Visual Specialist will be required to use various media tools to visually document and present the impact of CADCOM programs in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.  This is a skills based volunteer opportunity to assist the organization in presenting itself using modern technology and social media.
SPECIFIC DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

–    Develop a method of creatively and visually documenting programs that are conducted throughout Montgomery County PA by CADCOM.

–    Travel to various program locations and partners to obtain images

–    Upload images and video to software with text, music and special effects

–    Communicate with program staff, volunteers and clients.

–    Maintain and obtain complete and accurate documentation of necessary waivers for participation in video or printed materials

–    Actively communicate with Director of Resource Development.

–    Ability to work on a tight schedule and meet deadlines

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

–    Advanced experience in AV technology (video and photo editing) or marketing skills
–    Able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure and time sensitive environment.
–    Demonstrates ability to use computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
–    A highly motivated self-starter, with proven ability to develop creative solutions.
–    Project a professional demeanor and possesses excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
–    Ability to interact with diverse clientele.
–    Valid driver’s license
–    Helpful if you have your own equipment (camera, video software etc.)
