Job Description

The Attendance Case Manager role is an integral part of the Community Schools team as well as a support to students and families. With the supervision of the Community School Supervisor, the Attendance Case Manager will collaborate with school Administrators, students, families, and the Community School Coordinator to improve student attendance and enhance educational outcomes including support to a caseload of 35+ students and their families. Responsibilities include in-school supportive services; home visits as needed, family engagement; linkage to appropriate referrals; coordination with school and community partners; maintenance of precise case files; collaboration on planning and implementation of attendance incentive events; and participation in core partner meetings. Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required, bilingual Spanish/English language preferred.

Salary Range: $40,000-45,000
