We are pleased to announce the Atlantic Regional Service-Learning Conference, scheduled for October 28-29, 2004 at The Wyndham Franklin Plaza in Philadelphia, PA. This year?s conference theme is ?Service-Learning as a Vehicle for Community Change.? This exciting event is co-sponsored by the New York State Department of Education Service Learning Program, the New Jersey Learn and Serve America Program, the Pennsylvania Service Learning Alliance, the Pennsylvania State Department of Education, the Institute for Global Education and Service Learning, the Philadelphia Higher Education Network for Neighborhood Development-PHENND and PennSERVE: The Governor’s Office of Citizen Service.
