South Philly hosts Asthma Health Fair
The Clean Air Council and United Communities Houston Center are co-sponsoring an Asthma Health Fair to educate and promote asthma awareness in South Philadelphia on Saturday, August 18th, from 10am to 2pm at 8th St. and Snyder Avenue.
The goal of the Health Fair is to empower asthmatics in South Philadelphia with asthma resources, promote asthma awareness, and teach asthma management tools. This event will include traditional approaches to asthma management as well as tools such as exercise and nutrition for asthma management.
