Puentes de Salud is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) individual with strong administrative support skills to fill a new position that is instrumental to our continued growth. The position, Associate – Finance, Development & Administration, is full-time, 40 hours a week, and includes a full range of benefits. While the work primarily is remote, some on-site hours will be required at our location at 1700 South Street, Philadelphia.

Puentes de Salud [“Bridges of Health”], is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that promotes the health and wellness of South Philadelphia’s rapidly growing Latinx immigrant population through high-quality health care, innovative educational programs, and community building. Puentes works in partnership with community members, local public schools, universities, health systems, governmental institutions, and other nonprofit organizations to address the adverse structural, economic, and social conditions that profoundly affect the prosperity of this community. Puentes challenges the idea that deep and long-standing inequalities are acceptable realities within our society. As an independent entity distinct from FQHC and university clinic models, Puentes is not only re-imagining but also fostering equitable and inclusive access to health care, education, and cultural and individual empowerment.
