Associate Director of Campus Ministry for Community Service

Gwynedd-Mercy College, an independent, co-educational Catholic college in suburban Philadelphia, invites resumes for the position of Associate Director of Campus Ministry for Community Service.  This full-time position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Mercy Works community service program, including Alternative Break trips and Scholars-in-Service.  Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in theology, ministry or another relevant field, along with a strong history of faith-based community service, demonstrated ability to reflect on experience and facilitate group process of reflection, and good project implementation skills. A flexible schedule and a valid driver’s license are also required. A willingness to commit to the mission and values of Gwynedd-Mercy College is imperative.
