Princeton University seeks an associate director for the Community-Based Learning Initiative (CBLI). Part of the Office of the Dean of the College, CBLI is an academic program which connects the curriculum with Princeton’s signature commitment to service. The associate director furthers the development of community-engaged learning and scholarship at Princeton through outreach to faculty members and academic departments, assisting faculty members with community-engaged course development, and creating community-engaged learning opportunities. Working to enhance the visibility of community-engaged academic work on campus, the associate director of CBLI helps develop outreach and marketing strategies and creates events and materials that increase students’ awareness of the possibilities for community-engaged independent work.
