Associate Director, Business of Hospitality Program (Full Time), PAI

The Associate Director is responsible for the development, oversite and implementation of  the Philadelphia Academies, Inc.(PAI) Business of Hospitality Program, providing career and educational experiences with partner high schools and developing relationships with local, regional and national hospitality sector industry partners. The Associate Director is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with the multiple schools that PAI serves, working closely with school administration and teachers to ensure clear communication, partnership and support.  The Associate Director is tasked with managing and developing a team (currently three staff members), and to work with them to design and implement a variety of scaffolded Work-Based Learning experiences, including career preparation activities, college exposure events, Master Classes, internship opportunities, etc.  In addition, the Associate Director maintains a close relationship with funders to ensure grant goals and milestones are being met.  The Associate Director reports to the Senior Program Director.
