Assistant Vice President for Education, FAIMER

The Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER) is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Education in Philadelphia, PA. The AVP for Education will provide operational leadership of FAIMER Education activities, oversees planning and implementation of the FAIMER institute as Institute Director, and conducts workshops in education methods and research. The AVP of Education will also teach at FAIMER Regional Institutes, and assists with related regional institute core faculty development.
- Provides operational leadership of FAIMER Education activities.
- Serves as Director of the FAIMER Institute
- Oversees planning and implementation of the program.
- Leads faculty development sessions at the FAIMER Institute.
- Coordinates and aligns FAIMER Institute content with the distance learning components.
- Advises Fellows on education innovation projects and other research projects.
- Participates in strategic planning for FAIMER Education activities.
- Teaches at FAIMER Regional Institutes and participates in regional institute core faculty development.
