Posted by Campus Election Engagement Project on September 19, 2016

Campus Election Engagement Project is seeking an Assistant State Coordinator to help with our outreach activities in Pennsylvania, by helping engage staff, faculty, administrators and students on Philadelphia area campuses.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to foster strong relationships and stay organized while working on long-term projects. She or he will be committed to developing new ideas and promoting established models of engagement, while handling a heavy workload without dropping the ball. This position is an opportunity to partner with campus leaders, allied organizations and student groups to help engage America’s 20 million college students in the 2016 elections. Candidates must be located in Philadelphia and be able to travel to local campuses.

About CEEP
We are a national nonpartisan project that helps America’s colleges and universities motivate their 20 million students to register to vote, volunteer in campaigns, educate themselves, and turn out at the polls. We focus on how administrators, faculty, staff, and student leaders can help engage students. In 2014, we worked directly with 280 campuses in 21 states and distributed our materials to 680 more. In 2016, we’re continuing our personalized approach: working with campuses around the country to plan approaches that will best engage their students and increase student voter turnout on Election Day.
