Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation (PHDC), a non-profit organization funded primarily by the City of Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is looking for an experienced Assistant Program Manager to assist with managing the Housing Program Unit of the Community Investment Group (CIG) department.
This is managerial work in the administration and coordination of various housing programs under the Community Investment Group. An employee in this class is responsible for the development, administration, and supervision of staff engaged in the daily operations of processing applications, communicating with constituents, and other affordable housing projects.
