Summary of Position
Responsible for program management, direction, and coordination of the Families And Schools Together (KidsFAST) program under the supervision of the Program Director. Provides supervision, reporting, financial oversight, and ensures fidelity to the KidsFAST model and compliance with the Department of Human Services’ contractual standards and requirements and those of other funding sources; promotes Quality Improvement activities for the KidsFAST program.

Specific Job Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

  • Ensures program integrity and fidelity to the KidsFAST model.
  • Develops and implements program procedures that meet DHS’ contractual standards and requirements as well as other funders’ needs.
  • Prepares for DHS program audits, including ensuring that client and personnel files are up-to-date with all required information; works with the expectation that the program will pass all audits with the highest ratings.
  • Builds community linkages for the KidsFAST program; develops relationships with community resources for outreach (e.g., networking, along with program staff, at community fairs, schools, and with community organizations) and the DHS referral system.
  • Completes reports to funders which will be signed off by the Program Director
  • Supervises 5 Quality Control Managers with overall supervision of 10 Agency Partners
  • Develops and manages the KidsFAST annual budget, monitoring ongoing expenditures vis à vis revenue with oversight of the Program Director

Position Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or other related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in supervision and program management including a detailed understanding of meeting contract requirements.
  • Previous experience working directly with families in group settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Criminal History Check, and FBI Clearance.
