Catholic Social Services is looking for an energetic Assistant Director to assist the Program Director in daily program operations at a Catholic School in North Philadelphia .
Duties include:
Develop, coordinate, and implement age appropriate research based curriculum, Project Based Learning, and 21st Century Community Learning Center activities
Assist the Director with the on-going recruitment and registration process
Assist the Director in training, supervising, and evaluating staff members
Develop scheduling for students and staff
Ensure accurate signing in and signing out of all program participants
Accurately enter data into database
Maintain compliance of children’s files
Develop positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and supervisors
Other tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Associate’s Degree in Education (18 ECE credits)
At least two years’ experience working with children are required.
