PennSERVE is adding to our team to support increased impact through AmeriCorps in Pennsylvania. We are seeking applicants for an Assistant Director, Finance. Interested individuals must apply through the PA Employment website.

This position is eligible for telework based on organizational needs and supervisory approval; all PennSERVE staff work in our Harrisburg office a minimum of one scheduled day per month. Approved telework must occur within an agreed–upon location in Pennsylvania.
As the Assistant Director, Finance, you will be responsible for financial management, budgeting, and reporting on federal grants for PennSERVE and subgrantees. You will be responsible for serving as the technical expert for fiscal management of federal funds including AmeriCorps, Volunteer Generation Funds, Commission Support Grants, Commission Investment Funds and other grant opportunities. This position includes researching and interpreting complex state and federal laws, rules and regulations, and providing consultation and training on fiscal grants management. This is a new position; come prepared to develop and improve systems as a problem–solving team player.
