Assessing Out-of-School Time programs

The Spring 2004 issue of our “The Evaluation Exchange” periodical on assessing and improving the quality of out-of-school time (OST) and youth development programs is now available. It features articles on innovative methodologies and new technology systems for assessing quality, understanding and measuring participation in OST programs, and recruitment and retention strategies. This issue also alerts readers to some of the latest research and evaluation efforts in OST quality.
