This program at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) sponsored by the Howley Foundation in partnership with La Salle University, is an enrichment program designed for high school juniors interested in pursuing a career in nursing. Upon acceptance as an ASPIRE Scholar, you will participate in a number of interactive experiences designed to expose and introduce you to the profession of nursing. After successful completion of the high school program, ASPIRE Scholars receive a stipend of $500, and will be invited to return to participate in the ASPIRE Program their senior year.
