Three students write about the importance of preparing colleges for voter registration in the COVID era and getting involved with the ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge.
College students hoping to vote amidst this pandemic have to navigate moving primaries, mail forwarding, updating voter registrations, vote by mail processes, and locating stamps—all amidst the uncertainty around the upcoming academic year. With all of these barriers, voting becomes difficult and we fear students will disengage from the process. And, now more than ever, we need youth invested in our democracy.
