City Paper highlights Philly Fellows in cover story
This week?s City Paper leads with Doron Taussig?s article ?Why Can?t we Keep Them?? which focuses on retention of young non-profit leaders. Despite a few cracks about Tim?s scraggly beard and Matt?s conservative crew cut, the article emphasizes the importance of Philly Fellows and other such programs to encourage more talented gradu?ates to enter Philadelphia?s non-profit agencies.
