Art and Community VIII: Community Arts Partnership
Posted by on April 29, 2005
Please join the Community Arts Partnership (CAP) and the Esther M Klein Art Gallery at the Science Center on May 13, 2005 for the opening reception of Art and Community VIII: Community Arts Partnership. The exhibit celebrates a dynamic program developed by CAP which placed 17 Philadelphia artists-in-residence at nine local West Philadelphia schools to facilitate dynamic creative art projects with the students. The work on display represents the culmination of this year long collaboration between CAP artists and school students. In addition to the May 13th Art and Community VIII: Community Arts Partnership reception, an accompany performing arts recital and awards ceremony will be held on June 19, 2005 at World Caf? Live!
