On February 16, from 11 am to 12:30 pm, The AstraZeneca HealthCare Foundation will livestream a moderated roundtable discussion with 10 nonprofit organizations from around the country that received grant funding through its Connections for Cardiovascular Health program and are working in innovative ways at the community level to improve cardiovascular health.
