Apply today for the 2024 STEM Leadership Institute, – The Claggett Center, Adamstown, Maryland. Offered by the American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) and its Project Kaleidoscope (PKAL), the institute is a premier leadership development experience designed especially for STEM faculty and administrators who wish to lead differently.
Grounded in critical reflection, adult learning theory, and experiential learning, the institute features exclusive access to My Tenure Trek (MTT), a state-of-the-art diversity simulation. MTT sensitizes participants to the systems and structures within STEM higher education that marginalize certain groups and undermine the broadening participation agenda of our nation.
