Anti-Racist Giving Workshop – Mar 25
Posted by Social Justice Fund Northwest on March 16, 2021
Anti-racism and redistributing wealth go hand in hand. But when it comes to giving, how do you decide when, where and how much to give? How do social and racial identities shape relationships with money and giving? What does it look like to center the giving of money as part of an anti-racist practice?
We’re teaming up with CARW (Coalition of Anti-Racist Whites) to present this interactive workshop on Anti-Racist Giving. We’ll work through these questions and more together, and begin to build our personal and organizational social justice giving plans. This cross-class virtual workshop is open to all, but has been designed specifically for folks who have benefited from the history of white wealth accumulation.
Date and Time: Thursday, March 25, 2021, 5:30-8:00 PM PST
