The ACLU of Pennsylvania seeks an Annual Fund Manager to take charge of its statewide volunteer-driven annual campaign. Working with the Director of Development, the Annual Fund Manager will carry out fundraising strategies, including prospect identification; volunteer training; development of campaign materials; campaign analysis; and reporting. Other duties include: managing donor database; coordination of gift acknowledgements; stewardship; development communications; and event coordination.
Qualifications include BA and five years of fundraising experience; excellent organization and software skills; attention to detail and quality; writing ability; database experience; and commitment to the mission and values of the ACLU of Pennsylvania, including diversity and donor privacy.
